The proposed budget is now posted online so citizens can review it and ask questions before the called meeting, which will be held Thursday, June 23 at 5:30.

The Fiscal Year 2023 budget would take effect July 1, 2022 and end June 30, 2023.
This budget reflects no increase on the property tax rate, utility rates or stormwater fees. I applaud city leaders for being mindful of inflation and recession forecasting. Proposed spending is conservative with a focus on employee retention and critical infrastructure upgrades.
